Dr. Beesley leads group meditation classes. Structured as an 8-week series, classes will begin approximately every two months. Each group will meet for one hour weekly. There are groups for teens and tweens, especially those struggling with anxiety and/or depression. A separate group is offered for parents, especially those whose children are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. Topics explored include the power of presence, body awareness, leaning into difficulty, loving kindness, and self-compassion.

I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.
